 Velpari:kabilar and neelan conversation  Kapilar didn't notice his appearance...it was the speed with which he came. The ascendant was going ahead past Kapila.He has no time to stand and talk.  He asked while walking May I know who you are?” Kabila blinked at him.He seemed to disappear before answering.
